相変わらず Rosetta はいい仕事をしますね．predicted transcripts 全てを tiling array, 自家製 transcript (detection) array, junction array を使って発現を(60 の cell line で)検証しましたってお話．5万ほどの known/predicted transcripts のうち3万ほどの transcripts の発現を確認している．これらの発現が確認された (predicted) transcripts のドメインを pfam にあてて GO category を推測したところ metabolism や enzyme, nucleic acid bing っぽい機能をもっているものが多く，それなりの機能を持っていることが推測されるとしている．transcriptome の世界はまだまだ奥がふかいな．
