Yeast の Genetic Interaction 134遺伝子×約4700 遺伝子分調べましたというお話．この手の話にも食傷気味な今日この頃． 早いところ，だれか 4700×4700 でやらないかなぁ :-)

この論文で面白いと思ったところを列挙

• Protein-Protein 相互作用より Genetic Interaction の方が密
• 相互作用するタンパクとの重なりが小さい
• でも，Interacting gene を共有するような遺伝子は重なりが大きい
• やっぱり，scale-free で small world

それにしても，first analysis と third analysis の差が良く分からん．両方とも interacting pairs が GO-annotation を共有しているか否かを見ているように思えるのだが……
